Your stay at The Seashell Pearl

Stop at the security shack at the entrance gate for your parking pass and registered guests' wristbands. Security is staffed 24/7. If the shack is briefly unattended, park in a perimeter space and return later for your pass and wristbands.

One vehicle per reservation. Display the pass inside your front windshield. Vehicles without a permit may be towed. Please wear your wristband at all times on resort property.

If the lock malfunctions, call us to arrange a physical backup key.

Exterior camera: The Ring doorbell at the front entrance records video of the shared entry walkway. There are no cameras inside or on the private rear balcony.

Wi-Fi: Scan the QR code or use the login information on the wall and refrigerator in the common area.

TVs: Local and cable TV, plus guest accounts for Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, Peacock, and HBO Max. Message us if an app is not working.

Please leave equipment and cables connected as set up. Log out of personal streaming accounts before checkout.

Beds: Queen bed in the bedroom, inset hallway bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa in the common area.

Supplies: Bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, and decaf.

Laundry: Coin-operated machines are on each floor. From the condo, turn right, pass the elevator, then turn left at the end. The laundry room is on your left.

Keep doors and windows closed while the AC or heat is running. Message us for thermostat or supply questions.

Enjoy the pool and hot tubs, outdoor dining and BBQ areas, and direct beach access. Pool and beach gate information comes with your private check-in instructions before arrival.

Follow posted hours, age restrictions, and resort rules. Availability may change with weather or maintenance. Supervise children; the condo is not childproofed.

Beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys are in the balcony storage box. Please return them after use.

Check beach flags and follow lifeguard guidance. In a rip current, swim parallel to shore; if you cannot swim out, float and signal for help.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep the condo and balcony smoke-free, with no parties or unregistered overnight guests. No pets; service animals are welcome.

Trash: Bins are in the kitchen and bathroom. During your stay, use the larger can by your floor's elevator or the dumpster in the fenced area at the end of the parking lot. At checkout, take all trash to the dumpster.

Checkout is 10:00 AM, unless we have confirmed a later time. Let us know if you leave early.

1. Leave bedding on the beds; no need to strip them.
2. Hang used towels on bathroom hooks.
3. Load dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave it loaded.
4. Take all trash, including leftover fridge items, to the fenced parking-lot dumpster.
5. Return board games to the coffee table.
6. Return beach equipment to the balcony storage box.

Check your belongings and log out of personal streaming accounts. Your checkout message has the same checklist and any reservation-specific instructions.

Request your preferred time through your reservation messages. Prior approval is required; cleaning and same-day turnover determine availability. Plan for 4:00 PM arrival and 10:00 AM departure until we confirm otherwise.

Extended access is rarely available and may only be confirmed on arrival or departure day. We confirm the fee and any payment through your booking channel. A courtesy early arrival is available only if we invite you.
