Where is Seascape Resort located?
Seascape Resort is at 10811 Termini San Luis Pass Rd, Galveston, TX 77554. The resort is directly on the beach, so guests do not have to cross a road to reach the sand.
How far is the condo from popular Galveston attractions?
Approximate driving distances from The Seashell Pearl are 3.2 miles to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, 3.5 miles to Moody Gardens, 5.9 miles to Pleasure Pier, and 7.3 miles to The Strand. Traffic and routes can change, so use each Google Maps link on our Attractions page for current directions and travel time.
Is the beach directly accessible from the condo?
Yes. Seascape Resort is a true beachfront property with direct beach access and no roads to cross between the resort and the sand.
Is the condo family-friendly?
Yes. The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and includes hallway bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. Please note that the condo is not childproofed, and infant gear such as a crib or pack-and-play is not provided.

What is included with the stay?
The condo includes Wi-Fi, linens and bath towels, a full kitchen, free gated parking with a required parking pass, access to the resort pool and hot tubs, cable television, and included streaming services.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM.
How does contactless check-in work?
Arrival instructions and your unique door code are sent before check-in after the reservation requirements and payment are complete. You can go directly to the condo without stopping at a front desk.
Is parking included?
Yes. Free gated parking is included. A parking pass is required and must be displayed as directed in the arrival instructions.
Are the pool and hot tubs available year-round?
The resort offers a heated pool that is open year-round, two hot tubs including an adults-only hot tub, and a kiddie pool. Availability can occasionally be affected by maintenance or resort operations.
Which TVs and streaming services are included?
The living room has a 65-inch TV, and the bedroom has a 43-inch TV. Guests can use cable plus Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, and Peacock Premium.
Booking, payment & policies
Why should I book direct instead of through booking sites?

What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival receive a 100% refund, and cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are not refundable. Reservations made through an online travel agency follow that booking channel’s cancellation terms.
What is the minimum stay?
Holiday periods generally require a 3-night minimum, and weekends generally require a 2-night minimum. One-night stays may be available when they fill a gap between existing reservations. The booking calendar shows the requirements for your selected dates.
When is payment due?
Direct reservations require full payment at the time of booking. The checkout page shows the complete price, required fees, and taxes before payment.
Can I request early check-in or late checkout?
Early check-in and late checkout may be available with advance approval. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before you accept the change; availability depends on the reservation schedule and cleaning needs.
Are monthly stays available?
Monthly stays may be available during off-peak periods. Contact us with your dates so we can confirm availability and any applicable monthly rate.
House rules, safety & registration
Are pets, smoking, parties, or events allowed?
No. Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.
Is there a security camera?
Yes. An exterior Ring doorbell records video of the shared exterior entry walkway. There are no cameras inside the condo.
What is the Galveston registration number?
